I'd use the spells Spikes, Divine Power, and Divine Favour. Also as an aside. I was under the impression Divine Metamagic took 1 turn attempt +1 turn attempt/level bump of the metamagic feat. So for Quicken I thought it was 5 turn attempts.

WASHINGTON — NASA has issued a call for proposals for an International Space Station deorbit module, giving bidders an opportunity to choose the type of contract for its development. NASA released the final request for proposals Sept. 18 for the United States Deorbit Vehicle (USDV).
